Unable to sell SPAXX shares

My investment acct shows 1875 shares of SPAXX (which is accurate). When I try to sell 1500 shares, I get an error "Number of shared selected is more than the available. Maximum available shares on this security is 0".

I've tried to Validate, Rebuild Investing lots, and recalculating all transactions (Crtl+Z ) without any success. Please help.

When I go to Account Details>Online Services Tab, and click the “Reset Money market securities/cash options to trigger the choice of cash or security again", and then updated the account, the holding in SPAXX changes to -7975 shares and my cash balance changes to $9850. Neither of these values are accurate.

In the Account Register: Click on the upper right Gear icon > click on Reconcile Shares. What does the resulting popup say?

Below the Account Register on the right, click on the blue font Cash Balance dollar amount. What does it say regarding what Quicken shows for the cash balance and what Fidelity reported as the cash balance?

Clicking Reconcile Shares in the Account Register results in a pop message "Your Quicken Account and Brokerage Holdings are in agreement". My Quicken account shows -7975 shares, which is inaccurate.

Clicking on the Cash Balance, a window pops up showing a discrepancy between Fidelity and Quicken.

I would prefer to not have this conversation in a public forum. Is there a phone number I can call for support?

Understandable. Click on this link to see the Quicken Support Article showing how to contact Quicken Suppport: https://www.quicken.com/support/search-opt/.

BTW, I suspect that the issue you are seeing is related to how Fidelity has traditionally downloaded the value of the Core Position money market fund (SPAXX is the most common Core Position option used with Fidelity's investment accounts) as Cash Balance instead of as shares. With the migration from Direct Connect to Express Web Connect+ Fidelity began to offer users the option of having that practice continue or to instead have that MMF value reported as shares. Implementing this change has not always gone smoothly during the initial setup and conversion process so some adjustments need to be made to get it all back into balance, again.

I worked around this problem by entering a Remove Shares transaction followed by a miscellaneous non-taxable cash deposit.
