When my computer restarted, I logged into quicken classic and when I click update accounts then enter my passowrd. A pop up shows the following message
I cannot update accounts. A pop shows up that says "Please log in to quicken to complete this action. go to edit > preferences > Quicken id and cloud accounts > sign in as different user, then sign in with your quicken id and password when prompted.
I went to the quicken id and cloud accounts and updated my password, but when i click update accounts I still see the same pop up screen. I even went to a back up to see if anything would change and it still shows same screen after clicking update accounts.
I do not know what to do next…please help. Thank you!
