Fidelity Migration

OK, getting frustrated with the Fidelity migration issues. Used support twice to reestablish my Q account and to reauthorize Fidelity. Got to a balanced state. However, next time I ran a One Step Update, Fidelity is all screwed up again.

Got a plan… let's take the relation BACK to the original. At least it worked. Then you can reprogram a new migration and test it until it totally works!

Can you provide more details as to what is getting messed up when you do a One Step Update? Are there duplicate transactions occurring?

Yes, there were four duplicate transactions, two more entries that made no sense at all, and Q balances did not equal Fidelity balances. I had to manually correct all three of my Fidelity accounts.

Thank you for following up, though I am sorry for the inconvenience of having to manually correct the issues you were experiencing.

I know some duplicates can be expected when initially switching over to the new connection method, Express Web Connect +. But the good news is, they shouldn't continue to happen going forward.
