Federal Credit Union not updating following their website redesign
Logix FCU received a new web design. I can sign in OK on their website but Quicken is failing to update any of the accounts. I've tried reentering user ID and pw. Quicken shows "Credential Set is in invalid status:103. Login error - Invalid username or password." I'm sure this has to do with their update. Anything on Quicken's end that needs to be updated? Thanks.

The FDP-103 error you’re seeing is usually related to outdated or invalid credentials stored in Quicken. Though it is very possible that this is occurring due to the changes your financial institution has made to their website.
Please review and follow this support article specifically for error FDP-103, which walks through deactivating the accounts, clearing stored passwords in Keychain, and re-adding the accounts so they link correctly. Following these steps usually resolves the problem.
If the issue continues after trying those steps, contacting Quicken Support would be the next best step.

I'm having the same issue. called the bank and they said it can take up to five days for things to clear up with Quicken. something to do with the aggregation. is also on their page, here

Nine days later and still waiting for this to be fixed. According to the bank, the delay is on the intuit end of things.

I too received an email from the bank saying that they are waiting on Quicken to turn-on the (new) connection.

My Logix code has changed from 103 to Care Code: FDP-163. Someone needs to get it fixed, this has been going on for weeks. Losing faith in Quicken's ability.😡
