Is there anyone currently getting their online bill since the new biller ?
If so, what are you using for the Payee?
Prior to this, I used Elan Financial Services, or more accurately Transfer:[Elan Financial Services (Fidelity Visa XXXXXX)] or something close. hard to see it now, but you get the idea.
Now using Transfer:[Fidelity Visa XXXXXX]
As you can see, I am overdue get a new bill and it oddly shows a Minimum due, yet no Amount Due. Or date due. It should have appeared 4-5 days ago.
Have I selected a wrong payee? If you ARE functioning, please share what your payee is set to! Could this possibly be why no new bill is arriving?
BTW, both Fidelity Visa and Elan Visa have the same address and same account number in my Payees list.
This has become very confusing with the New Biller and Fidelity/Elan biller for the Visa Card.

PS. Too long to scroll the payee list to a Transfer: [Elan….] but I am sure it is there.
