Fidelity updates still not working, after deactivate/set-up
I see "ONGOING 10/24/25 Fidelity Migration" but no comments in the post that are dated 10/24 (today).
I took some online advice and deactivated all of my Fidelity Accounts in Quicken. Then 1-by-1, I setup the online services for all 10 of my Fidelity accounts. When I was done I was able to run an Update on all my Fidelity accounts without any errors!
The fix was short lived. The next update reported "Connectivity Problems." on all 10 accounts. I am back to where I started with no Fidelity accounts being updated with Quicken.
Now what? Do I just wait for the next post/patch?

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this problem. The "Connectivity Problems" message your mention is not one of the known issues with the migration to the new connection method. Did it give you a specific error code along with that message? If it did, what was that error code?
To start troubleshooting this issue, please backup your Quicken file and deactivate your Fidelity accounts. Once the accounts are all deactivated, navigate to Tools>Add Accounts and follow the prompts. When you get to the Add/Link screen in Quicken, make sure to carefully link your accounts to the correct nickname in Quicken.
Once you have reconnected all the accounts, test to confirm if the issue is resolved.

As I mentioned in my post, I already tried deactivating all my Fidelity accounts and then relinking them. That did not work.
If I try to update, I get the message "Connectivity Problems." with error code CC506.

Since the troubleshooting did not resolve the problem, please reach out to Quicken Support directly for further assistance, as they have access to tools we can't access on the Community and they're able to escalate the issue as needed.
