Why am I repeatedly asked "Is this transaction a payment of taxes for tax year 20xx..."?

Every time I enter a payment to the IRS or FTB.

Who thinks up these features?!

    Hello @Andy31,

    Thank you for reaching out! You see that pop up every time you enter a transaction that Quicken recognizes as a tax payment because the program wants to confirm which tax year it applies to.
