Investing securities view Quote/Price shows 'Last Updated' date 2 days old, quotes stale

I'm on the current Windows version of Quicken Classic, R64.35.

In the Investing tab, I have securities that are attached to a Fidelity account. Each of these securities has a small information icon to the left of the Quote/Price. When I hover over this icon, the message is 'Last Updated 10/23/2025'. Today is 10/25/2025. When I click 'Update → Quotes', nothing changes. None of the other securities in this view have that icon in the Quote/Price column. How do I resolve so that quotes/prices are always current?

@Mike650101 are you sure your system connected and ran an update with your Fidelity account on 10/25? Sometimes servers are down (which happened a lot last week with the Nationwide cloud issue). Just another thing which I have run into, is sometimes companies change their ticker symbol and I'm not aware of it and then my stock prices go stale, I don't think this is the problem here but I thought I would mention it.

Are these private funds in a 401(k) account? If so, the prices come from Fidelity when you download transactions and not when you update quotes.

Since the Fidelity EWC + conversion, these quotes are sometimes delayed.

Thanks for the input @Jeff76 and @Jim_Harman. Yes these accounts are updated almost daily as part of the download transactions. It's pretty baffling…even this morning for example, I've updated transactions, even updated quotes as well, and within the 'Holdings' dialog they still say 'Last Updated: 10/24/25'.
