Downloading credit card transactions (Bank of America)
For the last month or so, every attempt to download transactions from Bank of America credit card accounts has resulted in the message "Quicken is unable to verify the financial institution for this download. Please try again later." Is anyone else having this problem? Is it specific to Bank of America? Is there any work-around?

Thank you for reaching out! The error message you quote sounds like a Web Connect error message. Do you update your Bank of America accounts by downloading a Web Connect/QFX file from Bank of America and then importing it into Quicken? If that is how you typically update your accounts, then unfortunately, it is no longer supported. Please see this announcement for more information:
If that is not how you update your accounts, then please provide more details exactly what process you follow and when in that process you see the error message.
