Apple alerts from American Express due to Quicken?

I have started recieving daily mails (always at 10:41am PT) from Apple. They are appear legitmate and contain NO phising links. Apple users say they all have Quicken in common. Is this triggered becuase Amerian Express, Quicken syncs are pulling this activity? AMEX user support does not show isues.
