USAA - Quicken Error CC-506

Is there a systemic reason why Quicken gets these types of errors? What changes in either Quicken or USAA would cause this to happen every few months? This is really annoying.

    I'd guess you've already looked at Quicken's FAQ on this but, just in case:

    I don't think anybody in here could actually reply to your direct question unless there's some user that's had the exact same issue and figured out a fix. The nitty-gritty details of the downloading process is pretty much a black box to most users. The "overview" of the FAQ principally blames the Financial Institution changing things (and probably not telling Quicken about the changes) but there are "local" file problems that can result in this error too.
