Quicken issues

I’ve been a long-time Quicken user and while the core functions—like the register and investment tracking—continue to work well, I’ve run into persistent issues with several of the extra features.
Current issues I’m facing in no particular order:
- Mobile & Web Access: Every time I’ve tried using it, it corrupted my data. I’ve never used it.
- Online Billers: Doesn't download updated information. It’s essentially non-functional.
- Bills & Income Reminders: Reminders are being pushed to the next month without explanation.
- Credit Score Display: Used to show a value on the main screen, but since around 2022 it’s been stuck at 0. If it’s broken, why keep it visible?
- Fidelity HSA downloads - transactions are not downloading (there is a separate discussion for Fidelity overall problems)
Looking through other posts, it’s surprising how widespread the investment and banking issues seem to be. I really hope Quicken prioritizes stability over adding new features, many of which don’t seem to work reliably.
