how can i confirm quicken windows access to fidelity investments in order to update my accounts in q
problem started after a quicken update. attempting auto update to fidelity accounts displayed messaage saying i needed to rconfirm quicken access to my data. every time i try to do that i go through fidelity screens and then get a message that update failed due to timeout or connection issue. transaction was not slow so i doubt timeout.
anyone know how to fix?

Which browser are you using? EWC+ works best with MS Edge, Chrome and Firefox. Other browsers can results in this issue.
If you are using one of these 3 as your default browser, I suggest that you temporarily disable all browser add-on extentions, temporarily set the browser's privacy setting to Standard, temporarily disable any VPN that is enabled and, if necessary, temporarily disable the firewall.
If none of these things resolve this issue, try temporarily changing your default browser to one of the other 2 browsers.
Once the reauthorization has been successfully established you can reenable all of the above.
