Late, or never, Bank of America codes

Quicken lost the connection to one of my Bank of America accounts around the time of the big Amazon Cloud crash. I want to add it back, but for some reason B of A security code text messages to me are greatly delayed—coming log after the 10 minutes has expired and sometimes never. When I ask for the code via phone call, the call comes in but then disconnects in seconds. I am not having security code issues with any other firm.

I imagine this isn't a Quicken problem, but more a bank of America problem. I'd reach out to them for solutions.
