My company has just stood up a 401K plan which is administered by Ascensus. I can login to my Ascensus account on their website. When attempting to add the account to Quicken, I tried all three (see attached) of the Ascensus options because I had no clue which one I should use. None would connect and all three result in a CC-502 error (see attached).
I did some searching and found numerous reports of other users having this issue as late as a month ago. The related community alerts have been removed which leads me to believe that the issue was resolved. I've seen posts where it's working fine for some users now.
Is this issue still occurring for anyone else?
