downloading quicken

Not sure how long this has been going on but trying to download from Fidelity accounts hasn't been working for several weeks. I commented on this issue in another post but it seems to have disappeared.

The priority at Quicken seems to be getting out the emails notifying users of the price increases but not fixing problems.

When will this be fixed?

Here is the latest Alert on the Fidelity issues. In addition, Fidelity has been causing One Step Update hangs for the past couple of days. Scroll to the bottom of the Alert for the latest updates.

Fidelity is still not fixed but I received the email telling me that the cost for this broken app is going up.
