Downloading from Discover online bank account

I have a Discover online bank account that is joint with my wife. When I logon with my information, I can download data from that account. When we logon with my wife's credentials we see both the joint account and an account that she owns in just her name. When I attempt to download from that sole-name account, I get a CC-501 error. This has been happening for months and I have been entering data in Quicken manually. How can I activate a download from my wife's discover account? I'm using Windows, build R64.35. I can successfully logon to all the accounts on the web.

Quicken only supports downloading from one institutional primary account at the same time (at least as far as I know). So if you have separate accounts with Discover, you aren't gonna be able to have both in the same Quicken file. That's why when you connect an account with multiple credit cards, all those credit cards have to be connected at the same time.

After resolving some issues with PNC Bank direct connect, I too am unable to connect to Discover Bank. Getting the same error CC-501 error. I did try separately on each of my 3 accounts. Previously, I was able to download all three under my user name/pwd. Not sure what changed but have attempted 3 times on this one…. same error….
