Quicken ones step update has stopped working with fidelity Investments
If Quicken doesn't fix the one step update issue w/ Fidelity, I for one will not renew my subscription

Are you seeing any error messages/codes when you try to update your account(s)? What kind of accounts are you trying to update (401k, brokerage, HSA, etc.)? Are the problem accounts Fidelity accounts or Fidelity NetBenefits accounts?

I, also, am having difficulty with One Step update getting updates from any of my Fidelity accounts. I have filled out all of the requested information to allow this access, but have gotten no where. Any suggestions ?

I too have had One Step Update stop working with Fidelity Investments. It started when Fidelity changed their method of accessing the accounts. I followed instructions to repair the connection it still did not work.
Quicken sent me a message that you were having trouble syncing my Fidelity accounts. I followed instructions after clicking the repair button and got error messages again.
I have no trouble accessing all my Fidelity accounts directly, but using the same user names and passwords through Quicken doesn't work.
Please help!

Thank you for reaching out. To clarify, when you say the account does not update, do you mean that no transactions are downloading? Are you able to view the transactions section, or are you accounts set to Simple investment tracking, where there is no option to view transactions?
