About a week ago, started with errors when trying to download/update my accounts in Quicken Classic for Windows.

    Thank you for sharing your experience, and I am happy to help.

    After reviewing your connections internally, I do not see any connections with Northwestern Mutual Credit Union. That could mean one of two things.

    • Your account(s) are not connected.
    • Or you are using the Direct Connect connection method with this financial institution.

    Either way, I am unable to see any errors from our end. Can you please tell us what errors you are seeing? Additionally, screenshots of what you are seeing could be helpful. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
