Now, unable to successfully download transactions from Amex, Discover, Fifth Third Bank. This has been going on for more than a week!!!

Change your Bank Passwords, at the Bank and in Quicken.

For missing transactions/transactions not downloading, please start troubleshooting using this article: https://www.quicken.com/support/missing-some-transactions-when-downloading-bank/
Are you connecting with Fifth Third bank using Direct Connect? If you're not sure, you can check by navigating to Tools>Account List and looking in the Transaction Download column next to your Fifth Third accounts.
If you are connected via Direct Connect, there's a good chance you're not seeing any new transactions downloading due to this known issue:
