I have received no new transactions since October 18th from any of my First Tech FCU accounts. Quicken reports no errors. Please investigate. Are there any detailed logs I can see to help troubleshoot?

Thank you. I followed the steps to have all transactions downloaded and performed account update and no new transactions got downloaded. I looked in the log files and didn't see any obvious errors. How should I proceed now? FYI I see all my transactions when using app.quicken.com. I think this means you are getting them from my credit union correctly but my local Mac Quicken is not.
