My Schwab accounts did download today.
Your problem might be that the "token" held by Schwab that allows for downloading has expired and you're not getting a prompt to re-establish downloading. You might wait a day to see if it's a temporary "local to you" glitch. If it still doesn't work then:
Make a backup and then deactivate downloading for all Schwab Accounts in your file. Over on the General tab remove both the Financial institution and Account Number from those Accounts. Then go through the Add Account process, specifying Schwab as the FI. Enter your user name and password with Schwab and Quicken should find all accounts at Schwab under that combination. Then carefully LINK each account at Schwab with its corresponding Account in Quicken.

Hello @VOODIA,
Thank you for sharing your experience.
We do have this Community Alert that mentions Charles Schwab. So if you are seeing a CC-501 on your end, bookmark the alert to follow its progress.
If that is not what you are seeing, to add on to what @Tom Young suggested, it would be a good idea to revoke Quickens' access during that disconnect/reconnect process.
Steps are as follows:
1. Save a Backup. Steps can be found in this article if needed.
2. Disconnect ALL Charles Schwab accounts in Quicken. Here are the steps on how to do that.
3. Revoke Quickens Third-Party Access from the Charles Schwab website.
4. Add accounts back into Quicken
Once back in Quicken, you will want to make sure you choose the "LINK to existing" option for any of the accounts that were already in Quicken.
Let us know how it goes!

I am having the same issue! Fidelity is now updating BUT Schwab is not AND this is on two separate Schwab accounts (wife's and mine) that have separate log ins and are not connected. Reset both. In both cases the reset appears to works and I get message saying transactions downloaded for the past day but the register for new transactions is empty (but there should be transactions there). I have no problem connecting and downloads seem fine, but nada appears in the new transaction list, HELP!!!!

Hello @wxman,
Thank you for adding to this discussion and letting us know you are having the same issue.
Were you able to try the steps here?
If not, please do, and let me know how it goes! Just want to be sure, as this is different than resetting an account.
Looking forward to your response!
