Quicken unable to verify financial institution

When downloading transactions from Bank of America, I get the following message:
Is the problem with Bank of America or Quicken? It started last week, and continues. How do I resolve this?

When you do TOOLS, Account List, what shows in the "Transaction Download" column across from your BofA account?
BofA recently changed the permissible download methods, which is what probably resulted in your error.
