Setting up Edward Jones Accounts

in Download, Add/Update Accounts (Windows)

I am using Quicken Classic on a windows 11 computer. I am trying to add Edward Jones accounts. I get to the screen where it "sees" all the accounts to add and then when I go to NEXT, it brings up a screen saying Please Enter Your Passwords, with no place enter the passwords? So I am unable to add the accounts?

    I don't know if it has anything to do with your issue, but you have to "turn on" the ability to download from Edward Jones on their website. It has been a long time since I did that, so I don't remember exactly how, but the EJ help folks are good.

    Also, make sure that you are setting up Direct Connect downloads and not Express Web Connect.

    I believe my download is set up because I was able to download excel sheets and I tried switch to Direct Connect. Same result…..
