One step activation for a Citi bank credit account

It appears I needed to update my citi bank activation for account downloads. I have tried to activate this account numerous times. It sends me to Citi, and authorize Quicken access. It says it has completed the authorization and I will be redirected back to Quicken. That does not happen. It says I can close the page, which I do but the Quicken screen just shows me the spinner and never completes the activation, and eventually times out. Anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this issue?

    Hello @JoeyB,

Thanks for reaching out and sharing these details.

Please try the following steps below and see if it resolves the issue:

    1. Create a backup of your Quicken file first.
    2. Deactivate all Citibank accounts in Quicken.
    3. Revoke Quicken’s third-party access from your Citibank account on their website.
    4. Reactivate the accounts in Quicken. When you’re redirected to the Citibank site and then return to Quicken, make sure to select “LINK to existing” for any accounts that were already in your file.

Let us know how it goes!
