Fidelity Error CC-501 now Error CC-506
Hi. To add to the excitement, this weekend's Fidelity Error CC-501 no longer appears when I try to download transactions from Fidelity. It's now Error CC-506 "Quicken is unable to update your account. This may be because the account was closed, or its nickname was changed". I've tried numerous Quicken account resets and re-auths to Fidelity with no luck. Thanks!

Hello @tellis32,
Thank you for sharing your experience.
After reviewing your account internally, I am not seeing the CC-506 that you mentioned. Are you still seeing this error?
If so, can you possibly share a screenshot of what you are seeing? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
Thank you!

Hi Quicken Alyssa. This morning (11/5) I performed a reset on all my Fidelity accounts and re-authenticated to Fidelity. As of now, no errors and good transactional downloads! Thanks so much!
