Connecting to Barclays

I have used Quicken for years, connecting to Barclays. Information stopped downloading a couple of months ago, and I am unable to download transactions. When I go to the Accounts page to reconnect to Barclays, Quicken accepts my login username and password and connects to Barclays, but the only display for the account is "do not display." I want to display the transactions, but that is not an option.

Please advise

    Hello @Capt Greg,

Thank you for sharing your experience. I am happy to help.

After reviewing your connections internally, I do not see any obvious issues, like errors or anything like that being returned. So that's good news.

Just to clarify, where are you seeing "do not display" in Quicken? If possible, can you provide a screenshot of this? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

Are you referring to the Don't add to Quicken" option when you are trying to reconnect an existing account? If so, that usually indicates that the account you are trying to add is already connected in Quicken. To get rid of it, you would simply disconnect the account first, and then try again, ensuring to LINK it back to the existing account in Quicken.

Let me know if this helps you get your account updated.
