Can’t Add Billers
Now we have this changed bills/income feature, I'm trying to add some accounts with great difficulty. For example, Verizon wireless. It allows me to add…then says updating for a minute then "failed". Same with several billers.

Thank you for reaching out!
I suggest you try to Review and Repair Online billers. However, I do recommend that you save a backup of your data file first (just in case). After that, please navigate to the Bills & Income tab and click on the gear icon on the top-right. Then, click on Review and Repair > Review and Repair Online Billers in the dropdown menu.
Once that is done, see if the issue persists.

Did that. still a problem. also can't add BGE. it adds with a waiting message then soon after I get failed/fixit. When I try to fix it, I have to all all the information again. I would think these are two of the larger billers.

Until Quicken and the new service provider they had to migrate to can iron out the wrinkles, I recommend falling back to a known good process that has been around for decades:
