    Hello @Nappy2,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Please refer to this support article covering this error.

The FDP-101 error occurs when Quicken is unable to connect to the bank to download transactions. This is often due to an issue on the bank’s end that may be blocking the connection.

Since you’ve already waited 24 hours and the error persists, the next step would be to contact Quicken Support so they can assist further and escalate the issue if needed.

    Thank you!

ya I believe Scotiabank is having issues….AGAIN…as always. They waste more time in cosmetic upgrades to their site which is also a fiasco of half the old page and half the new page, instead of making sure what is broken WORKS PROPERLY. I don't think the issue is from Quicken, but I could be wrong. When it tries to download from Scotia, I get that 2SV prompt on my phone to authorize accessing the account, but after I choose DONE on Quicken, it just errors out too.

    BAH HUM-BANK-BUG

    😣😡🤬

Oh and I waited more than 24 hours. I need ice cream. Anyone want a bowl? Chocolate
