Wells Fargo Account Lost Online Access
I have 3 accounts at Wells Fargo. They all had online access for downloading transactions. Recently, one of the accounts lost online access, and I cannot restore it. When I go through the procedure to add the account to Quicken access, I get the error message that my WF username or password is invalid, and the process stops. I can log into the WF website, so I know the username and password are correct. The other 2 accounts are working fine.

Thank you for sharing your experience.
I checked your connections internally, and I am unable to see the error you are getting with Wells Fargo. All connections with Wells Fargo look good from our end. This could indicate that the account you are having trouble with is connected using the Direct Connect connection method. This method uses the bank's servers, and we don't have access to those servers.
- Can you tell me step by step how you are trying to connect this account?
- Which Wells Fargo instance are you using in Quicken?
- Is this the same instance you use for the other accounts?
