Archive Documents & merging contact/provider/institution info

Please let me archive old documents. For example, I change dentists or renew a policy, I don't want to lose the old information I have but I don't need to see it in my general list of contacts and information. Also, please give more service provider options and let us have a contact that can be multiple things like a contact with an office number + a service provider without having duplicate entries
