I was trying to see more information on my data account and tried ctrl-About Quicken and then "More info". This feature works on my old laptop with R63.21.
With R64.35, Quicken freezes with no error message.

I just now tried CTRL-About Quicken and More Info, and while it was a bit slow (a couple of seconds) it worked correctly for me, and I'm running R64.35 also.
SO, where is your Q data file stored? And, have you tried Validating the file?
BTW, I'd never looked at this previously, and there's a LOT of useful info there. I'm going to create an IDEA to make it printable.
I get the same Quicken freeze with a R64.30 version.
I'd never noticed this before, but More Info, in the System Info section, says I'm using McAfee VirusScan. I am not. I wonder where it got that idea.
@Rocket J Squirrel Mine says same. I'm not either. Might there be some virus scanner 'internal' to Quicken?
I waited over 5 minutes and it's still frozen with a new laptop. Customer Service recommended that I reinstall Quicken, but I will wait for the next software update to see if this is fixed. It's not a big issue given all the other issues.
