Citibank Costco Card not downloading transactions
I have been getting the following error message for 4 days: "The associated accounts can't update right now. We are investigating the issue." I have tried resetting the account but the transactions are not downloading. I am using Quicken Classic For Windows 11.

Is that a "yellow message"?
See this discussion and others, if you search the Community for recent discussions about "yellow message" errors.At the bottom of the OSU Summary view, is there a checkmark on "Show just the last update"?
If there isn't, add the checkmark.This message should have disappeared long ago and, AFAIK, can be ignored.

Typically people are getting that message but the transactions are still downloading. That is the case for me. Since your transactions aren’t downloading it sounds like you are having some other issue. I suggest that you contact Quicken support to see if they can help.
