I need to be able to assign a quick fill rule based upon BOTH payee and account

Question

Hi. Due to a ton of Venmo transactions, I need to be able to create a quick fill rule based upon BOTH Payee AND the account. Rule would look something like this:

Payee contains the word " xx " "paid", and account is "Venmo". I then want to quick fill the category from that info. The xx are wildcards. This is really vital that I find a way to do this. Without it is is exceedingly time consuming.

Am I correct in assuming that Venmo downloads transactions where the Payee Name looks like this?

* John Doe paid
* Paul Smith paid

and your goal is to create transactions with a clean Payee Name without any surplus text, like

* John Doe
* Paul Smith

There was an Idea thread (user-generated feature request) for making QuickFill rules able to be defined by account. Back in 2019, the request was reviewed by the developers and was marked as "Not Planned": "Unfortunately, the amount of work this would take means that we won't consider this idea right now."

Well, 6 years has passed, and a new Idea thread was started this year to request the same functionality:

This Idea was not discarded as "Not Planned" because the developers wanted to gauge how much interest there was in this feature after so much time had passed. Unfortunately, it has attracted only 4 votes so far, and needs many more votes to advance to consideration by the development team. There's no way to create a Quickfill rule that will only work on one account.
