closing paid off loan account

I have several student loan accounts that I have paid off in full. When I try to mark account as closed in quicken, I get the following message:"

"You cannot close an account while it has any scheduled, future-dated, or pending payment transactions."

I have nothing scheduled, no future-dated (that i can see), and no pending payment transactions. How can I close the account in Quicken?
