Merril Lynch Feed on Treasury Bill, Note and Products
Starting in mid-October Quicken has stopped downloading details on new Tresury purchases It it sems to be choosing a generic T Bill, Note or Bond category and is not recording details like the maturity date, CUSIP and any accrued interest at time of purchase This is starting to become a big issue as to manualy fix is dificult and to add a new bil, note or bond is not working requiring one to enter details manually Please assure us you are not dropping this detail, the estimated time to fix and any work around for now. This only appears to be a problem on purchases, and sales of all securities is working correctly I'm also not sure if it is a broader problem beyond treasuries as have not had a purchase in those categories

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To clarify, is this happening only with treasuries in your Merrill Lynch accounts? If not, then where else are you seeing the issue? If you have treasuries in multiple Merrill Lynch accounts, is this happening in all of them, or just one account? Is this impacting all treasuries, or just some? If only some are impacted, which specific ones are affected by this issue?

Similar issue for me. If I have 6 or 7 Treasury notes in one account, Quicken will now only download one from Merrill Lynch. Perhaps it sees the description field only (which is generic), and assumes that the other investments are duplicates. It also seems to only download the first of these investments. I agree with Don Quick . . . the downloads are not recording details like the maturity date and CUSIP. Without these details, the issue is likely to continue.
