Unable to Connect Macy's (Citibank) Account in Quicken
I have a Quicken for Mac subscription [Version 8.3.3 (Build 803.58927.100)]. No issues with any other accounts. As of November 1, 2025 I have been unable to connect my Macy's account to Quicken. The Macy's card/symbol shows as an option, Quicken Connect is the only option for connection (Direct Connect is not an option). I enter my user ID and password and I repeatedly received the following error message: Please try again later. Care Code: FDP-102, Details:
FI_TIMEOUT, Retry. Temporary error in loading accounts page. This has been occurring since November 1st. Has anyone else experienced this issue with the Macy's account? Is there a fix?

Thanks for reaching out! FDP-102 errors generally mean the financial institution is temporarily unavailable, timing out, or not returning the data Quicken needs to complete the connection. It can also happen if the bank recently made changes on their end (such as website updates, credential changes, or password formatting rules) that aren’t aligning with Quicken Connect.
