Why can't I get updates anymore from my Enfield Community Federal Credit Union?

On or around November 3, 2025 my quicken stopped updating my Enfield Community Federal Credit Union accounts, I have 3. It keeps giving me error CC-502 and says that their web site is unavailable and to try again in a few hours. I called the credit union and they are not having any problems. I tried resetting the account and that did not work. I am on Windows and my Quicken release is R64.35 which I downloaded on October 25, 2025. I am not having trouble with my other accounts. Please help.

So it’s still possible for the credit union’s website to appear fully functional while Quicken encounters this error.
