Nordstrom
Getting cc501 response when trying to download to Quicken. I can get in if I access directly to their website. There have been many postings about this issue. Is it still being worked on?

There is currently a known issue affecting Nordstrom Card Account connectivity which is outlined in this Community Alert. Even though the error in the Community Alert isn’t the exact same one you’re seeing, it’s very likely related. You can follow the Alert here for more information and ongoing updates:
In addition, CC-501 errors typically occur when Quicken is temporarily unable to connect to the financial institution’s servers. This type of error is usually on the bank’s end. Per our official guidance:
- Please wait 24 hours and try updating again.
- If the issue still persists after that, we recommend contacting Quicken Support, as CC-501 often requires log review to resolve.
