I can't log in to Royal Bank from Quicken
I have tried unsuccessfuly to log in to Royal Bank to sync my information and I have never been able to log in to Royal Bank using the Quicken portal. I am logging in to Quicken Classic Basic using Windows 10.
I receive this error (removed my information for security):
My Username and Password are correct.

Why doesn't this work?

Are you using the US or the Canadian version of Quicken for Windows?
If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to contact Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and report this Online Banking issue making sure to mention the Canadian version. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it. This problem may have to be escalated to higher up levels of support.
