Reopening Quicken 2015 File

I've maintained my personal expenses quicken account on quicken 2015 using windows 7 till last month. My computer got a problem and tried to switch the account installing quicken 2015 on windows 10 computer. When i tried to open my previous file on quicken with intuit quicken login credentials it displays an error with message "an unknown error occurred". I can login with my credentials on intuit site but cannot on quicken app.

Requesting suggestion for using the quicken file.

The registration servers that QW2015 used no longer exist, so you can't "just install it again".

See this link, QW2015-17 re-install, for some help on getting around this issue, but your only choice maybe to update your Quicken program to the latest version which used a subscription model.
