Merrill Lynch / Bank of America transaction downloads have stopped working

For the last 2 days I haven't been able up download transactions from Bank of America and Merrill Lynch. I get the following error messages for all 9 accounts. A quick search on Google and here doesn't seem to report this problem. Is anyone else seeing it.

    The same is happening to my BOA and Merrill Lynch account too.

    I have checked both of your connections internally and can confirm that you are both receiving an FDP-105/CC-505 error.

    Please review this Support Article and apply the steps therein. If the steps do not resolve the issue, please contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance.

    I am not receiving this error message. My merrill transactions are downloading but my BofA transactions are not. Began happening when I updated to Release 65.17

    After checking your connections internally, I am not seeing any obvious issues jump out at me. Please provide more information about the issue you are having.

    • How long has this issue been happening?
    • Are you seeing any error codes?
    • Do the accounts update without error, but no transactions download?
    • Does Quicken say it has downloaded transactions, but you don't see them?

    Additionally, screenshots of what you are seeing may be helpful. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

    I'm getting the same issue with my BOA and Merrill accounts as well after recently updating the software. Started getting this error on 11/29 or 11/30 and have since reset my accounts twice. First time on Sunday and then again today after waiting for several days as directed by the information in the CC-505 error info. No success.

    R65.17 and build 27.1.65.17

    Using Windows 11

    • How long has this issue been happening? It began happening when I downloaded the latest update 65.17
    • Are you seeing any error codes? I'm not receiving any error codes
    • Do the accounts update without error, but no transactions download? I typically use One-step update and the other files coming through Merrill Lynch Investments (BofA checking and Merrill investment) update and download transactions. The credit card is not downloading.
    • Does Quicken say it has downloaded transactions, but you don't see them? I tried resetting the account and it indicated that it downloaded transactions for the last 1981 days, but nothing has been downloaded

    It also reflects the proper Online Balance so it is receivng information from that credit card account, just not downloading the activity
