Constant Reset Download Account

I have to reset my Chase accounts almost every download. I have 6 accounts in one-step update. Two are on checking and do not download. Two are on credit cards, and the other two are on a savings account and a credit card. The later four accounts DO download

This started around a month ago, probably after one of the automatic quicken updates. I do not get a message that an accounts failed to download and Chase assumes the accounts are connected.

I have seen that others in this community have been afflicted with this error but the discussions are marked closed with no posted resolution

    I think I'd try this:

Disconnect every Chase Account in Quicken. Make sure that any Separate or Hidden files are also disconnected from downloading.

On the "General" tab of "Account Details" delete both the Financial institution and Account Number information on all Accounts.

Start up the Tools > Add Account… process, specify Chase as the Financial institution, and enter your user name and password for Chase.

Quicken should find all the accounts at Chase using this user name and password combination which you then LINK to your existing Quicken Accounts.

    See if that works.
