QUESTION FOR QUICKEN SUPPORT re how to merge and correct duplicate investment accounts - HELP PLEASE
Hello Quicken Support staff,
Quicken Classic Premier for Windows R64.35
I've looked but I don't see anything that exactly describes my issue. A couple of months ago I was asked to reauthenticate my investment accounts in Quicken while in the process of doing a One Step Update.
This created a new, duplicate account. So:
The original ML account in Quicken has the historical transactions but is no longer being updated as of a couple of months ago presumably because it is using Direct Connect.
The duplicate ML account in Quicken only has the new transactions for the last couple of months and this account updates successfully presumably because it is using EWC.
My question is how do I merge the historical transactions from the original account into the duplicate account so that I can delete the original Direct Connect account ?
