Reconcile Issue

Recently when I click on Reconcile in some, but not all, of my brokerage accounts I'm asked to provide the current balance. I have the box checked to have the reconcile done using the current online balance. I've tried unchecking the box and then checking it again and also have reset the accounts in question but still get the same request to provide the latest balance. The other accounts are fine and in the past I didn't have this issue whenever the use online balance box was checked. I'd appreciate hearing what I should try to alleviate this issue.

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. Which financial institution are the problem accounts connected to? Have you double checked to make sure the problem accounts are connected for online downloads? You can verify this by navigating to Tools>Account List and looking in the Transaction Download column next to the problem accounts.

    Is there any pattern to which accounts this is happening with (one specific financial institution, or account type, for example)?
