Option to set bill reminder default settings in Preferences [Edited]

I think that years ago the default when you created a bill reminder was that it would happen only once unless you edited it to change to monthly, quarterly, etc. The current versions default to monthly and I find myself constantly creating multiple bill reminders when I only want it to occur once because I forgot to change it to only once.

It would be good if this could be an option in preferences.

    Setting user-customizable options in Edit / Preferences for new Scheduled Reminders

    • default recurrence (scheduling frequency): Monthly, Daily, Yearly, Only Once, etc.
    • "Remind me" or "Auto Enter" [xx] days in advance
    • default for [xx] days in advance to a number other than [3]

    would be a nice feature to have.
