Transaction recording back to same account when backing up during closing Quicken

The error message states you are recording a transaction back to the same account. Options are: Save it anyway —- Yes, No, Cancel. There is no detail provided.

How do you find this error? Why doesn't it display the transaction in error so it can be corrected?

    What you are looking for is a transaction that has a category like this [This Account], where "This Account" is the name of the account you are in. You should be able to sort by the category to find it. But note that the opening balance transactions and any balance adjustments you might have made will have this same "category".

    Thank you, it would sure be nice if you had an option to display the issue instead of having to search through all of your accounts. Maybe Q will consider that as a benefit to users.
