Register entry from prior transactions not working

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I have preference→quickfill with "Complete fields from previous entries" checked. When I enter a transaction with a matching payee, I get a list of prior transactions. When I pick one, it only enters the payee. All other fields are blank. This used to work, where it filled all fields. How do I fix this?

In Edit / Preferences / Data Entry and Quickfill please make sure that "Complete fields using previous entries" and "Recall memorized payees" both have a checkmark.
