I am still not able to switch my connection type back to Direct Connect. I get the following error message: "Did you mistype your sign-in info? Please re-enter your credentials for PNC Bank - Direct Connect"
It's just a circular issue. I connect into Direct Connect using the PNC 4 digit PIN that they provided. It then accepts that PIN and asks that I set up a new PIN - one not used before. I do that (enter the same 4 digit PIN twice as instructed, but then get the error message mentioned above. It's been over 1 month now and this issue still not resolved.
