Unable to Login to Quicken After Renewal

Just did online renewal of Quicken Classic for Mac, but I'm unable to login to the Quicken app. I can login to Quicken.com no problem, but the same credentials fail on the app with "Invalid Quicken ID or password". Any suggestions on what to do? Thanks.
